Advantages: price, variety of colours and great features

Disadvantages: touch sensative screen

After months of moaning from my daughter about getting her a phone I decided I would get one for so I purchase the Samsung SGH-J600, it was the initial look of the phone that brought it to my attention I thought it was ultimate teen phone. It's very sleek and comes in a few different colours so there a colour to suit everyone. The phone is good value for money as the features you get are pretty good, the camera is good with the added advantage of zoom and you can add different effects on. The sound quality is okay as long as you don't like your music to loud. I thought that the touch screen buttons where great at first but now my daughter has had the phone for about 4 months they are actually a bit of a nuisance as they are really sensitive and you accidently end up closing things and calling people so this is a bit annoying. The phone has an acceptable battery although if you use the features such as taking photos and listening to music it uses a lot of battery and the phone doesn't last a long time. The memory size is really good and has plenty of room for all my daughters' music, pictures and videos. The phone itself is quite fragile as within three months of purchasing the phone the slide feature stopped working however after I rang Samsung they were able to quickly solve the problem really fabulous customer services. Overall if you're looking for a sleek and trendy phone and you're not to bothered about over sensitive buttons this phone is the one for you.
