Sleek, good value phone (Samsung SGH-J700)
Member Name: pinkshopper
Advantages: Attractive design, light weight, good value Disadvantages: Battery is difficult to remove for sim card insert Bought the pink version of this phone a while ago, I was attracted to the pink reflective surface immediately. However, as I was trying to remove the battery so that I can insert my sim card to turn on the phone, it proves impossible to do. Basically, there are no catch or grip to slide the battery off easily . This problem has been notice by many user as I search on the Internet to see if I was doing anything wrong, turns out to be a design fault which is frustrating. In the end I have to turn to a tiny screwdriver to gently get the battery to come loose by force and unfortunately scratch the lovely reflective back cover badly. It did come out in the end and I've covered the back with some pink sparkly cystal now to jazz the scar up! Overall, the functions are good and easy to use, good benefit will be the big number/font display which proves handy for the elderly or long sighted and one of the reason my Dad go for Samsung models. Summary: An average good value phone with useful functions
