Advantages: Great colour screen, Fun games, Ease of use
Disadvantages: Large aerial, Low battery life
When I first saw this phone I was drawn to its sexy, futuristic design and I knew I had to buy it. The Samsung SGH T100 features a duel screen display, the inner screen being colour ,the outer screen is blue. The colour display is quite amazing, producing almost photo realistic pictures and the 16-note polyphonic ring tones are also very good (they sound an awful lot like a computer game). When you purchase the phone you get two batteries (one of which is long life), a hands free kit, a PC connection kit, a CD rom with the software on to send over your pictures and ring tones, and one of those those little strap thingies. When I first used the phone I found it quite easy to navigate around, although it did take me a while to completely get used to all the functions. While searching through the menu I found many great features such as voice functions, which give you the ability to simply say any one feature on the phone (like your inbox or ring tones ) and the phone will automatically take you there. The voice menu also includes a voice dialling and voice memo for recording short voice messages. The menu colours can be changed to three different colours to suit your mood and you can store up to eight of your own images as wallpaper for your phone. When it comes to ring tones you can store twelve of your own tones as well as three downloaded tones. There is also a composer on the phone but it only allows you to create monophonic tones. However, there are ways of converting your own midi tracks from PC to your phone. In the organiser section of this phone there is a scheduler, alarm, calculator, to-do list and calendar so you will never miss an important appointment again. There are also three games on this phone, one of which is a virtual pet which you can look after while your bored- it's almost like having a arcade machine on your phone. The phone also features easy to use wap. Unfortunately, the battery life on this phone isn&
#39;t very good so you'll only get about 35 hours on the regular battery and about 43 hours on the long life battery. When it came to using the CD-rom I found it very easy to use, enabling me to transfer pictures of me and my family over to my phone and there are also hundreds of pictures and ring tones on the CD which can be easily sent to the phone. Overall the phone was a very good buy but the aerial is a bit big and could poke your eye out. Also there are no multimedia messaging features, so you cant send or receive pictures or sound by text.

On another note I know what Princess Pea means about the number of "non" members, my last opinion had over 1000 reads and only a handful of me,ber reads, whats going on ???? |
