Advantages: Sleek and Slimline

Disadvantages: Poor Batttery Life and VERY touch sensitive buttons

I recently upgraded to this phone on the 25th September. To date I am on my third handset and waiting for yet another report back from the technical support team as to why it is STILL NOT WORKING properly. The two main problems that I have been having with the phone is the battery life is very poor, and the keys are very touch sensitive, Trully not recommended for anyone with large clumsy hands........I have lost numerous text messages before being able to send them, and cut off many calls mid-flow........ The other problems that I have been experiencing could well be down to Orange and the service (or lack of it) that they offer. The phone is not ringing when I get (some) incoming calls, this is with other Orange users aswell as other networks. I have been getting double delivery reports. Not getting message alerts on both missed calls and text messages.

Summary: Not the best mobile that I have owned
