Theres more to a phone than its look !!! (Samsung SGH-U700)

Im not so convinced about thsi phone. I recieved it as a present and therfore feel i shouldnt get rid of it so quick even though i want to go back to my old Nokia.
I have the pink one so on the outside it looks very nice, however i found the phone as a whole very hard to get used to. My main problems are: The volume (ring and voice) is not loud enough, touch screen is either extra sensitive or not at all sensitive ( so one minute you may have to press really hard to work a button and the next minute it might of been pressed without you even knowing). Reception is poor (however this could be my network), when trying to record something, it will only let me film for less than a minute, the circular swiizel button is a bit pointless. Whilst texting i have had to give up doing fast text as i just cannot work it and whislst on the internet i cannot log on to my email as i cant find the '_' key.the camera and picture quality are ok.
Apart from looks this phone does not offer any thing else, give me a nokia any day.

Summary: Avoid this phone.
