The Samsung Soul is a modern sleek looking slide phone. There is a touchpad style control panel in addition to the normal keys. Despite being dropped and generally abused for the 18 months I have owned it, the phone is still working. It does scratch easily however and the chrome effect quickly becomes scruffy looking and worn. It's more substantial in size and weight than a lot of modern phones and has a good sized screen. I got this phone free on T-Mobile Flext contract. It wasn't really my choice of phone but its the only one I could get on down grading to a cheaper price plan - such is the recession! The packaging you recieve it in is low on non-recyclable material and the phone itself is slim and uses minimal fixings which is what I liked about it the most. It has a 5MP camera, 2.2" screen, has user created skin for a more personal touch, a small touch screen which the user can modify and has the internet. I have had this phone for around a year now and have only had minor problems with it (unlike most phones I have). Design The phone is touch on the navigation panel and every where else is buttons. This attracted me to the phone as I thought it was a great comprimise between touch and buttons. It is a slide which I have to say I prefer then just any standard phone.
