Advantages: Easy to use and cosmetically cute and charming.

Disadvantages: Problems needing fixing after 6 months use.

I have had my Samsung Soul for over a year after upgrading from another Samsung mobile. For the first few months It was fine, It looks good and was easy to get the hang of using. It's a great size, slimline enough to slip in your jean pockets. The little touch screen is great, it locks if you shut the phone (slide up and down) so you don't end up activating it whilst your on the move. You can adjust the sensitivity if you are a little heavy handed, the medium is the best for me as otherwise i was constantly pressing back as i'd gone to far on the menu.
The camera on the phone is a 5 megapixel, with adjustable contrast etc and a good flash. I found though that when I used the camera indoors the picture always came out dark and slightly smudged. Outdoors and in daylight the images are much better.

After the first few months I found that the phone seemed to get scrathed and cosmetically damaged easily even though I am careful with it. Once six months had passed i had lots of problems with the phone and It had to be sent back and fixed twice. The issue was when I slided it down after use, it would constantly turn off and reboot. It has dented my confidence in samsung as a brand although i've never had problems with any previous phones.

My years warranty is up soon so I'm dreading the problem reappearing then!

Summary: Overall a cute phone with lots of good points, just a shame it had to be sent back.
