I got this phone through an upgrade, and have very little to complain about it. The touch screen at first seemed a little useless but but after learning you could pick your own icons it turned out to be quite useful. It does seem a little pointless though for the phone to go 'half way' and do a little bit of touch screen, but leave the rest as buttons. The camera is excellent, and its so useful having the micro SD slot in the side, it makes it much easier to download pictures and videos off your phone to the computer. I got an 8Gb micro card and Sardisk card reader to plug into your computer which were very useful! The only negatives I have found are that the speakers aren't great quality, especially if you are using it to play music. My screen crached pretty quickly, and the black case quicky got chipped and scratched.
