Advantages: Sleek good looking phone, good features and menus

Disadvantages: SWITCHING OFF!!

The features on this phone look great on paper and given particularly that I had never had a touchscreen before I thought the little touchpad on this would be really good to get used to.

Certain things about the phone are great. The appearance is simple and uncluttered and the slider keeps it a very neat phone. The size of the keys were great and the menus were really really easy to use.

The problem I had was that my menu kept disappearing on the touch pad and becoming unresponsive. I took this in to a phone shop and was told this was normal!!!!

The other problem I had was that when I put the phone down (on its back screen up as normal, it would switch off!!! This is really unhelpful!!! I am not really sure how else I should put a phone down. I was told that they had some problems with the battery connections being too loose so this meant the phone would switch off, but I found it really put me off!!!!

If you get a working phone this could be a pretty decent handset, but watch out for the problems I had and RETURN it if you get them - this was not helpful!!!!
