Well, it's that time of year again when people have more money than sense and go on shopping sprees in the Boxing Day sales. This is exactly what my dad did (surprisingly!) with his Christmas money. For some reason he didn't tell anyone about his purchase until the next day so I started playing with it! The Samsung SGH-V200 is a gorgeous little phone which is quite surprisingly heavy and a little bulky for it's size and style. My dad managed to find this at a great bargain of around £65 (He wasn't specific and couldn't remember what shop he was in when he got it) but is still on T-Mobile which meant he was able to put his One2One SIM card into the phone (my ... I have to say, when it comes to mobile phones, it grieves me to purchase a new handset. However, im quite fortunate. I have a brother who is phone mad so I get his "almost new" cast offs. This benefits both me (as I get a new Phone) and you, the consumer as you get the wisdom of 2 users for the price of one! SO when Chris came along with the latest phone for me to have, I imediately jumped at the chance of owning a camera phone. Yes, this little jem has a built in camera as well as many other gadgets which I will gladly tell you about. Firstly, lets look at the phone and get some background. Looks/Feel. The phone is quite ... Read the complete review

Samsung SGH-V200 After weeks of debating I have decided to get myself a Samsung V200 mobile on the 02 network. I’ll explain first – I do like gadgets and that’s why I settled for the Samsung. It is currently available on contract at dial-a-phone for £19.99 with a reasonable tariff. SIM-Free available from £280. ~The Handset. As far as I am aware only available in silver. Lightweight, I think I have seen the figure 96g somewhere. It is, as you probably have seen, a flip phone with an external small LCD display screen (generally for the time and caller ID) on the outside with the large colour screen on the inside. The outside has ... Read the complete review

I just purchased myself the V200, and i am very very impressed! It came with a £30 a month O2 contract (which has always been fine for me- so i'm not going to review it with the phone) So... Gadget wise i love this phone. The photo quality is superb for a phone. I've seen some other models with sketchy resolution. This phone is one of the best i've seen resolution-wise. The camera allows the user to rotate it 180 degrees so they can take pics of themselves, and view them onscreen at the same time. It also has a brightness/darkness button to adjust quality and canzoom very close to the subject. The menus are intuitive to use, text ... Read the complete review
