Advantages: Cheap, good battery, expandable memory

Disadvantages: Low quality back cover that's liable to break

This was my first ever touch phone, bought for around £60 I wasn't expecting wonders at all. However, I was very pleased to find the phone to be very good value for the money.

Touch screen: Any touch screen costing under a few hundred pounds is always going to have a few issues with sensitivity etc, but I must say considering this phone is at the lower end of the scale, the responsiveness of the screen was very good, with typing on the qwerty keyboard for messages throwing up very few errors.

The operating system of the phone was very easy to use and simple to understand. After just a few hours of playing around with the phone I was comfortable with all the menus and shortcuts made available. There were plenty of features like calendar, unit converter, task applications etc.

The camera was quite good for a 3.2MP. I used to take a photo a day for a project I was running and many of the pictures were close to digital camera quality. It was only in difficult lighting that the camera ever struggled.

The battery on the phone was above average. I'm quite a heavy user, sending many texts every day and the odd call here and there. The phone still managed to last between 3-5 days though, depending on just how heavily I used it.

The build quality of the phone was good overall, the only issue was that the back case seems liable to break some of the clips, making it very easy to slide off accidentally. Other than that however I had no problems with the phone.

In terms of extras there was very little included. But that was to be expected with a cheap phone. I did get a memory card as part of a bundle as the internal phone memory is relatively small, holding only a few songs etc.

Although I rarely used the internet, when I did it was quick enough to load simple pages like facebook or football scored on the BBC.

Overall the phone served me very well for around a year and a bit, I sold it to a family friend when I upgraded and as far as I'm aware it is still going strong with no issues. A very good touchscreen phone for the money.

Summary: Very good phone for the money, does everything you really need a phone to do.
