Disadvantages: limited accessories , no personalisation ,

Great phone - classic - BUT - a bit boring.

I have had this phone for over half a year , and although i was satisfied at the start i am now beginning to realise that it's a bit limited since new phones have been coming out and offering extensive ranges of features.

my ratings
look - 6/10
accessories - 1/10
ease of use - 8/10
price - 8/10

I was only prepared to pay about £40 for a phone (basically because it was my first phone and was only interested in getting a cheap phone) and i needed a "pay as you go phone". I was lucky as i found this phone in dixons for £39.99 . very cheap considering that every other shop was selling it for £70+ .

Even though i am now a bit bored with my phone there are some good points.

Good points
1)very small and compact
2)very light
3)smart
4)ease of use
5)make your own ring tone
But a lot of other handsets offer these and more.

Bad points
1)You can't personalise this phone
e.g - front and back facias
- keypads
- ring tones from the internet
- logos from the net
- auto txt imput in txt messages
2)My battery tends to run down really
quickly(maybe thats just my phone)
3)Although it's smart look is great it's
just not interesting - square and flat.
are these so important ? They are to me I'm a woman - i need accessories!!)

Below i havn't recomended this phone for a friends because all friends my age (18)(younger generation )would proably want a more interesting phone but maybe for older people who are looking at it's functions instead of appreance. Also it would be good as a business phone as it's quiet smart.

Well i am now looking for a new phone. I am willing to pay upto £100 but no more . What could you recomend
to me - any ideas ? I am guessing a nokia because of it's range of features - which one would you recomend - if you have any idea please leave a comment. Also what network would you recomend for "pay as you go"?

I am now off to read some opinions on phones and get some ideas but i would still appreciate your ideas too.

Thanx for reading my opinion

my advice is go for Nokia for function appearance and gimmicks try an online provider for cheaper options

The c35i is good but the Nokia3310 is a very popular choice. Get it for £84.99 at www.mobileshop.co.uk
