The Siemens S35i follows on from the reasonably successful S25, a small 'executive' phone that was packed with features. The S35i is just as small and boasting even more features than its predecessor. The Siemens S35i comes in at the top of the 35 series phones, which consists of the C35i and the M35i. The S35i offers most of the features found on these phones (it doesn't have the calling faces found on the C35i(!)) and several extras to give it a more business level of functionality. These features are an infrared modem (the other phones have a soft modem), li-ion battery, voice dialling and voice memo. It also features a bigger screen, which is ... Read the complete review

The Siemens S35 is my second Siemens mobile phone. I upgraded from a C35 to gain infrared capability, but I gained so much more. The phone includes voice activated dialling, however this needs to be activated each time by a side-mounted button before saying the name to call. The good thing about this is you don’t accidentally phone someone, and if you have a lot of entries in your phonebook its definitely quicker than scrolling the phonebook list. A function I love on this phone is the option to have the keys lock automatically after a short period of non use, cool no more laughs for the last person you called when you accidently call them! The Siemens S35i Dual Band/WAP phone has a lozenge-shaped, curvy shape that feels good in the hand and is one of the lightest and smallest WAP phones around. The S35i has a host of features that will impress the mobile professional, not least the inclusion of a WAP browser that enables you to access the mobile internet. You can check your e-mail or the latest financial news via its large screen, all whilst on the move and the S35i has a built-in infrared modem which allows you to communicate with a handheld computer. The Siemens S35i is an excellent mobile office solution. The Siemens is a great mobile, i think anyway. The WAP abilities are ... Read the complete review

This phone has presented me with a dilemma; I SHOULD say "run out and buy this phone now, it's fantastic!", but the problem with that is that if I do, then this phone will end up being ten a penny, a la the Nokia 3210 etc, and I'll stop getting all admiring glances at my handset.. Seriously though, this phone seems lacking very little; it is light, at a shade under 100g, and compact enought to fit into your pocket, or if you desire, fit on the optional belt clip ( which incidently is extremely well thought out - it has a mounting, allowing the phone to pivot to match your body position, very useful when you sit down), and absolutely LOADED with cool ... I am very much into mobile phones. I have had many mobiles, as I find it hard to find one I actually like! When I heard that a new Siemens phone was coming out, I thought nothing of it, because, lets face it, Siemens phones aren’t the nicest of looking mobiles in the industry are they? One day I was in my local Virgin Mega-Store browsing around the CD’s, when I saw a promotional poster for the Siemens s35i. I took one look at it and fell in love! I shot straight to the Mobile stand, where I must have stood for over 10 minutes playing with it. It was the Nokia 3210, but much better! I bought it, and have had it in my possession for over two ... Read the complete review
