I have had this phone for just over a year now and I have very mixed feelings about it. I am a huge fan of Sony Ericsson, my last three phones have all been from them and I was excited by this model, I'm a sucker for practical gadgets and this promised so much. It is splash and dust resistant with a rubbery back and robust appearance. It even has a carabiner so that the phone can be attatched to your bag/jeans etc. It also boasts a decent 3.2 megapixel Cyber-shot camera and a GPS receiver. Appearance wise I love it and it is dust-proof, no annoying fluff has gotten behind the screen or between the keys. But, and this is a big but, it has real problems staying ... I've had this phone for about 6 or 7 months now. I had it as an upgrade on O2 free of charge. It is very robust and has lasted well. I don't tend to go heavy on my phones but the last few Sony Ericssons I've had have been a little too flimsy and fragile. This one is much better and the anti-dust shield has worked wonders compared to previous phones I've had. The screen and camera both have remained completely clear. On O2 the phone is flashed with their own software and out of the box it was terrible! I needed to update the firmware via the SE website as the phone crashed constantly and had poor battery life and froze when you pressed 2 buttons before it had ... Read the complete review

This was my first Sony Ericsson phone, before this I'd been a loyal Nokia supporter. At first I was sceptical but I soon realised that this phone was very logically set out and easy to use. The camera is excellent, I must admit that I don't often use it but sometimes use it to photograph items to sell on ebay and I'm always surprised at the quality of the photos - they often come out looking better than photos from my digital camera. However, my time with this phone hasn't been completely problem free; after owning the phone for about 2 months it started to freeze alot (probably once a day or something similar). This problem was solved with a software update ... Read the complete review

Sony Ericsson introduces its new series phone i.e. the C series phone with C702. It is a candybar phone which is cybershot package. Measuring 106 x 48 x 15.5 mm the phone weighs 105 grams. Not so bulky, thats good. Lets discuss about its memory features. The internal memory available is 160 MB which is sufficient enough even if you do not want to owe it with a memory card. Those demanding more space for storage can make use of the slot of micro expandable to 2 GB and ahead. The user can surf internet via the GPRS and EDGE options. The phone is built on the 3G HSDPA technology providing speed of 3.6 mbps of data transfer and internet usage. The camera is of 3.2 megapixels ... Read the complete review

I'm not really into mobile phones and what the latest gadget is so this review is based on how useful the phone is. I don't care if it is the latest or the earliest or the smallest or the one with the most ringtones. I don't know and I don't care. Basically, I got this on a contract and have never looked back. My main love for this phone is because of the absolutely superb camera. I just can't fault it. We take our digital camera on holiday because the quality tends to be better in different light conditions. However, the camera on this really is a gem. We have a folder with all the pictures from our camera and our phone mixed together and you honestly ... Read the complete review
