Advantages: sleek and stylish, good camera and music
Disadvantages: no smart phone features
The C902 is just wow!! I got this phone on a T-mobile contract with the combi 30 tariff (700 mins and unlimited texts) for £30 per month.
The phone is very slim in design and is very light. It packs with a 5 mega pixels camera, bluetooth, music player, video recorder, 3G calling features and mobile internet.
The phone is very easy to use, with user friendly interface, everything is under one menu with sub options after.
The camera is hidden on the phone and can be revealed after opening the slide on the top of the phone, this is very handy since the camera does not have a lens cover. The pictures that you take are sharp and vibrant with many options (the options have a shortcut around the screen which lights up blue on the icons and are touch sensitive) such as flash, macro and timer settings. The video recorder is not as top quality since the playback is not smooth as the n96.
The music player has amazing sound quality with headphones or just from the speakers and supports MP3, AAC and WMA formats. The media player can let you select tracks from artists, tracks and playlists which is a handy feature. From the media player you can also view your pictures and videos.
Out of the box you get the handset, battery, charger, standard SE headphones and a USB lead.
The battery life I got out of using this was about 2 days of moderate use and 80 mins of talktime, but can vary depending on your use. The call quality is loud and clear with volume controls so if you think it is too loud you can turn the volume down a bit or up if you think it is too low. Speaker quality on the calls are not as crisp, and at times can sound a bit muffled. Texting on the phone is very east as the key pad layout is nicely done, but some may find it a bit difficult as the keys are a bit small.
This phone is not for those after business features, but those that like to use music, take pictures and browse the net. It is a sleek and stylish phone that would appeal to both male and female young and old.
Summary: a well rounded phone for a wide range of consumers

- 10/10/08 Welcome to Dooyoo. A good start here but could do with essential info such as what its like to use the actual keypad for text messaging and general call quality. |
