Good phone in principle, but software bugs let it down. (Sony Ericsson C902)

The Sony Ericsson C902 in my opinion is a waste of money. I received this approx 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Some of the problems I have experienced are the screen freezing randomly, switching itself off and on, the alarm clock feature not working, cutting calls off even when have a full signal. The phone doesnt hold charge very well, and Ive found that whilst it charges up to full charge after a couple of hours by the next morning it will need charging again.

I complained to my network provider and was asvised to do a software update, but if i did it incorrectly it could invalidate my warrenty. I went into the store and they did the update that also wiped all the data from my phone.

Unfortunatly the software update did not fix the problems and have since had to send the phone off to be "fixed" by sony, and have now gone back to using my old W810i as I need a phone that I can rely on.

I like the camera feature on the phone and I love that it slides to access the camera, however in hindsight I would not purchase/upgrade my phone to this model or similar again.

Summary: Good phone in principle, but software bugs let it down.
