Advantages: Easy to use, durable, fast, good camera, stylish.

Disadvantages: Crashes with the old software, lack of built in memory.

I have had this phone for over a year. Right now I am incredibly pleased with it.

When I first bought this phone it had many glitches in the software and it kept crashing on me, but I bought it when it was first on the market and since then there have been software updates which have improved the performance a lot. If you buy this phone new it should have the new software already uploaded, but if you buy a second hand one, just search for an update by going into the phones settings, into general and onto the update service. That way you can ensure you will not have any problems. Equally you can do it through the computer with the provided CD ROM, this is a way to get around the Internet download costs of the update on your phone.

This phone is very easy to use, the camera is very good and it is so simple just to flip it open and use it. The phone also looks incredibly nice, I think it's very stylish. It is very thin and the weight is average. The phone is also quite fast, and it doesn't crash now with the software updates.


I have found this phone to be very durable, which is a plus for me as I am incredibly clumsy, and have broken all my previous phone within a year of buying them. But this one has been through a lot of bumps drops, and has even been dropped into a sink of water and still works perfectly. It's just a bit scratched.

I am annoyed with the little memory the phone actually has, but I bought a memory card to get extra room, but if your looking for a good built in memory this phone is definitely not for you. Another thing is the fact that you cannot use the front camera to take pictures.

The sound quality isn't brilliant on this phone but it wasn't built for sound it was built for the camera which as I have previously said is good.

But the good features of this phone outweigh the bad. So over all I would recommend this phone.
