Advantages: Excellent camera, simple easy-to-use, sturdy

Disadvantages: Problems with buttons and earpiece which had to be repaired a few times when first purchased.

I've had this phone for 9 months now, initially had lots of problems with it - buttons kept sticking and the earpiece packed in a few times. I took it back to Carphone Warehouse and had it repaired/replaced about 3 or 4 times. I've had my current one for 6 months with no problems at all!

It has all the features you would expect from a phone costing almost £300.00 when new, the main ones I use are WiFi, 8mp camera, Bluetooth and SatNav (this costs per use although I'm not sure how much as mine is included in my contract). Other features which are useful but I don't use so much are Radio, Voice recorder, Games and Applications such as Video/Photo DJ .

It's quite big and chunky but still a very attractive phone - it took me a while to get used the feeling of holding/carrying it! It's also very sturdy - I've dropped it many many times outside and so far it only has a little scratch on the back.

The phone picks up reception very good, have compared it with my Sim Card in other phones to see and it's been equal to or better than the others I've tried. Sound quality is good although I did mention the problems I had with the earpiece when I first got the phone. The phone is simple and easy to use - no complicated menus or anything. The best thing about the phone is the camera - it is outstandingly clear and high quality and I haven't met anyone who believed me first time when I told them my photos were taken on a mobile phone! Even when I zoom right in hardly any of the quality is lost.

I'd have liked to have given it 5 stars but will have to be 4 because of the problems I had at the beginning of the contract.
