Advantages: Easy to use and great camera
Disadvantages: Seems to have issues like all Sony Ericsson
I got this phone purely for the 8.1 megapixel camera as I have a habit of leaving me digital camera at home when I need to take pictures. The camera itself is good and the only down side is when having to zoom in on long distances but then again it is a phone not a camera!
I have previously had 2 other sony ericsson phone which have had there own little ways i.e turning on and off when they wanted, freezing etc. so expected something to happen with this one however, within a short space of time of getting the phone 6 weeks, so just outside the 28 day return and get another, the speaker had gone so you could only hear someone on loud speaker or with the hands free kit plugged in. Not very helpful. And speaking to other people who have this phone they have had similar problems with it, every person who has one has had at least one problem!
The phone came with the usual handsfree kit/headphones which unfortunately Sony have changed from the soft in-ear type but luckily I still have some old ones. It also came with the memory card reader which is really useful as I'm not impressed with the software that they supply with the phones. Its quite a chunky phone so if you are looking for a slimline one this isn't for you.
Like other Sony Ericsson its easy to use and simple to learn if you haven't had one before. The only downside is that yet again they don't seem to be able to control their quality and each phone has its own problems. All in all though I would recommend but you need to be prepared to send it back to be repaired at some point!
Summary: Would recommend BUT be prepared to have to have it repaired
