Alright phone Must Read (Sony Ericsson J100i)
Member Name: gunnerz
Advantages: Simple, long battery life Disadvantages: Small Buttons, screen I have had this phone for over a year now and I think despite its basic looks it is one of the best phones ever for children and people who like using a mobile phone like the way it used to be made for, calling and texting. The buttons are small which may be hard for the short sighted and for people with big thumbs they may press two buttons at the same time by accident. The phone itself is very robust and can easily be dropped from 6 feet and only have a minor scratch to the casing. The screen is also very small and comes with a lo-res LCD but on the good side it is in colour and due to its small size it makes this phone achieve the best battery life i've seen in a long time from a mobile phone. For me it achieves two weeks on standby therefore around a week when I use it for around four hours a week which is very good. There is also a very loud speaker but you can only use pre-programmed sounds and not use MP3 files. Summary: Good for talking
