I got the Sony Ericsson K300i brand new about two years ago, and the phone lasted roughly a year. I then paid £50 with the phone locked to O2. To start with I thought the K300i was an excellent basic mobile phone. You can obviously call and send SMS and MMS messages, while it also supports WAP, has a camera and can record video. My go to features were calling, sending messages, and daily checking of my e-mail through WAP. The first few months the mobile phone served me well, but then signs of weaknesses in the design became apparent. First it became sluggish in response to the joystick. I would go through my phone list, and would have to wait for ... Read the complete review

The Sony Ericsson K300i is by far the most reliable phone I have ever owned. It survived through 3 washes in the washing machine, being dropped in the sea and even being hit with a tennis raquet (accidentally). There are many plus points to the k300i, just to start off. There is a brilliant range of features for a good price. The camera takes ok photos for the money you pay for it. And finally the k300i comes loaded with an mp3 player and plenty of games. The only dropback in my opinion was that the buttons are way to small. There about 3.4/4 mm height wise. Lets start off with the features. As you would expect from this robust phone, everything works ... Read the complete review

This is a good basic mobile phone. Suitable if you are just a basic user... to call, receive calls, send a few SMS and to receive some SMS. The speaker is clear and loud enough even in a noisy environment. You don't have to turn it very loud. Even though music played in other mobile phones may not be as good, but with this phone, the music is really good and clear! The screen is bright, good for dim environment. However not so good when you are in the open. The keypad is good with the keys quite sensitive to touch. However, the joystick may not be too sensitive sometimes. After many rounds of games, what do you expect? The ... Read the complete review

Sony Ericsson design is very good, but I wanted to see something more newer. Unfortunately K300 design is not differ a lot from K500 or K700, it seems that Sony Ericsson founded good design decide to most of their phones, with a few diferences. Of course design is not very important thing in that kind of mobile phone, but I wanted to see more spectacular mobile from Sony Ericsson. I will talk short about body - phone have 19 buttons and joystic, in the side of the one is only one button, that is used to camera turn on and photography, which is in the right side of the phone. Body is not very laden althought the phone is not very big (99.9 x 45.2 x 19.4 mm). At ... Read the complete review

A fairly good phone, for a simply amazing price. This phone comes from only £30 or £35, which is really great value, especially considering it's features. It does everything you need, but also has a camera, web browser, email and even games. The camera is poor quality, but it ok for taking a few snaps. The web browser is small and converts pages so they look different, but at least it works. The phone is very small and light and pretty strong. It has taken some nasty bumps including 15 concrete stairs and is still going. The keys are fairly small, but once you get used to them you can type text messages ... Read the complete review
