i have three of these phones now and each one of them for some reason stops taking a charge on the top of the phone there is just a red light showing other than that they are good handsets the camaras take good quality images and the speakers have a good sound the handset has lots of good features the phone overall is good value for money and sony have always sent a free replacement when the phone has issues chaging
