Advantages: Everything you need for everyday mobile usage

Disadvantages: joystick can wear out

The Sony Ericsson K750i - an excellent choice even today!

Build Quality - The phone is fairly solid, the only complaint would be the joystick, which after some time tends to deteriorate and lose functionality altogether!

Camera - 2 megapixel with 4x zoom, this was more than adequate when the phone first came out, providing excellent quality pictures. also the fact that you use the camera by opening the shutter and tilting the phone phone, so you hold it like a camera and press the button on the top to take a picture. also has auto-focus, which some of the older (and newer) models lacked.

User Interface - The typical Sony Ericcson Interface, ever popular even in the newer models being sold today, it is easy to navigate and functional, everything is exactly where you need it to be.

MP3/Music Playback - The phone comes with an inbuilt MP3 Player, and you can organise your tracks and albums as you please within the player easily. Of course you can upgrade the memory by buying a larger Memory Stick Duo (i am sure this phone supports the 2gb cards, but may even take the 4gb)

Internet/Wap - The phone browser uses 3g technology to connect to the internet, and you can browse the web in a fairly easy way, of course not all pages show correctly, but you could easily check emails and do the basics without breaking a sweat.

The phone is, as you may already know an earlier version of what became the W800i Walkman Phone. Of course minus the walkman branded casing and the themes and walkman headphones.

These can easily be snatched on eBay nowadays for around 30 pounds, which is an absolute bargain, you can generally catch a W800i on there for around 45-50 pounds, so if you don't have a dedicated MP3 player it might be an option you'd consider.

Also if you were to buy one, i would strongly reccomend searching google for packs of downloadable java applications and games, as these are widely available for free, and save you wasting money buying them.

I now own a K800i, simply because i found it on ebay for a bargain price, before i found it i was looking to buy another of these, as they truly are ideal for everyday use and just generally everything you want in a phone.

Summary: Overall an ideal phone! go and buy one now :)

Welcome to DooYoo. This is a good start but we like to see a bit more personal experience here. This review touches on the main special features, but seems to ignore the phone itself.
