Disadvantages: joystick tends to break

As this phone was my first phone and still is it is a great little phone, it does all of the basics, it could be a lot better if they spent a little more time on the sound quality, the only time the the sound is right is when you are wearing the headphones. The joystick seems to break after you've used it for a long time. The memory card slot without that you could only have a set number of music, pics, or videos. I use my PSP memory stick for it and they work fine so if you ever find yourself running out of memory you buy a PSP memory stick as they are cheaper then the ordinary memory stick that you could use for this phone. The shortcut button is one of the best features of this phone as you can input your own shortcut and believe me it save a lot of time after a lot of usage.

Summary: a really good phone and has some amazing qualities
