Advantages: Lots of features, clear sound and picture quality.

Disadvantages: Often crashes.

The Sony Ericsson k800i is a small lightweight phone which has all the must have features, and much more. The must have features include, an SMS writer, Phonebook and calling features. However, this phone is far from basic. It features a 3.2MP auto focus camera, behind a sliding panel to stop the lens from getting scratched, video calling, music photo and video editing programs, access to the internet, bluetooth and infrared, USB compatability On the sides of the phone there is a button to activate the built in MP3 player, 2 buttons to change the calling volume (or when listening to the MP3 player, to change the song being played.) However, on various occasions since I purchased this phone, it has crashed or frozen, and sometimes some of the buttons will stop restarting, this is solved by turning the phone off and on.
The phone itself comes in a box with a CD to make the phone compatible with your computer, a wall charger to charge the phones battery, the battery itself, a sim card, and a hands free headset.
Although this phone does have its down sides, its good points definetily balance these out, and I would definetily recommend this phone to anyone.
