Advantages: Good camera, lots of features, stylish, easy to use
Disadvantages: Bulky, poor battery, internet button too close to other buttons, screen
The Sony Ericsson K810i is the second mobile phone in the K series class and is also my second Sony Ericsson. It is an updated version of the K800i, a phone that whilst I haven't personally owned, friends of mine have expressed enthusiastic reviews of. Like the K800i this phone features a 3.2 megapixel built in camera.
This phone has a 262.144 color TFT screen, which unfortunately is hard to see in bright sunlight. At 106 x 48 x 17mm it is quite a large phone and does feel bulky in your pocket. The phone memory is only 64MB which is poor however the phone does feature an M2 slot meaning the capacity of the phone can be upgraded.
I have been impressed by the 3.2 MP camera which can take photos in a variety of modes , with different scene presets, focus modes, flash settings and special effects. It also has a self timer to take them shots of yourself for your myspace profile, and can capture video.
The phone itself has a lot of the modern features ; 3G video messaging (though I've never used), Bluetooth, infared, mp3 player, Internet, FM radio. Camera, Games, organiser etc.
Overall I have been very happy with this phone, it's easy to use, stylish and is packed with a lot of features. There are some downsides though, as mentioned you lose the screen in bright sunlight, the battery isn't the best, and the button to boot up the internet is located next to one of the most used buttons on the phone, so I am constantly accidently turning the internet on. Other than that, this is a very good phone and I highly recommend it.
Summary: A good phone
