Advantages: Camera, Music Player and Battery Life
Disadvantages: Joystick
Sony Ericsson K810i
Overall this phone is a good buy for several reasons; its great quality camera with a variety of different settings and modes, its easy to navigate menus, and well spaced buttons.
Camera
It's 3.2 mega-pixel camera is fast and easy to use and can capture some great photos in light and dark conditions with its xenon flash. It also comes complete with photo editing software on the phone so remove red eye etc. It also records videos which are no where near the same quality as the camera and slightly dissapointing.
MP3 Player
It has Sony Ericsson's walk man style MP3 player utility which allows you to listen to music with very good sound quality and its easy to create play lists and adjust the equaliser.
Other features include internet access which is easy to use and navigate between pages. It comes with 64MB memory on the phone with the option to buy an M2 memory card of 2GB which these days you can get for under £10. The battery life for everyday use is rather good as I only charge it from empty to full once a week however watching videos, taking photos and listening to music drains the battery considerably.
My only disapointment with the phone so far after having it 3 years is its joystick which sometimes becomes stuck and annoying at times. However overall I would really recommend this phone and its multiple functionalities.
Thank You For Reading.

- 04/06/09 I had a K710i which I loved, but it was robbed in the sea life centre over three years ago! I was gutted :( |
