Advantages: Easy to use, well built.

Disadvantages: Using mobile internet eats the battery!

I got this phone as a replacement for a k800i that I had stolen in 2007. It's the 4th k series phone I've had as I find them easy to use and well built (the phone's been dropped more times than I can remember and still works without any major problems).

The menus are navigated using the joystick, and are easy to find your way around, with both icons, and a label for the icon provided). The 2 major uses for the phone - text and phone contacts, are found in the middle of the menus, so are particularly easy to find.

I use the 3.2mp camera regularly and it's great for taking good quality pictures, without having to play around with settings (although settings can be changed if you want). The video facility is on a par with other phone based videos, with both sound and picture being ok, but not outstanding.
Memory for the photos and videos is provided by a removeable m2 card. The phone came with a 128mb card, which has held up to around 90-100 pictures, and i've never felt the need to upgrade to a larger card.
A usb cable is provided for downloading from the camera, but I've found it just as easy to use a bluetooth dongle.

Battery life seems good, with the phone needing charging around 2-3 times per week for regular use (phone switched on 24 hours a day mostly). One area i've found uses the battery very quickly is mobile internet. Using the internet for maybe 10 minutes per day sees the phone need charging almost every day.

The main problem I have with the phone is that the joystick and shutter button for the camera have become stuck after time. As a result I don't use the camera so much, but as the joystick is the main way of navigating the menus, this can be a bit of a pain.
That said, I've had the phone for nearly 2 years now, so to criticise the phone for this after this long with regular everyday use is maybe a bit unfair!
