quite a few problems with my k850i (Sony Ericsson K850i)

Advantages: easy to use, really good camera

Disadvantages: locking up, no sound, ghost buttons

When I got this phone about a year ago I was very impressed. a 5mb camera bluetooth, 3 touch screen buttons and motion sensor, easy to use,bt then about 6 months later i had nothing but problems with it, it used to turn itself off, freeze and even press its own buttons! just as you were about to press send on a text or u scrolled right through you contacts and were about to call someone the touchscrren 'back'/'cancel' button would light up and cancel what you were doing! it was like it was doing it on purpose, (Like remote assistance on a pc! lol). I have had sony ericcson phones for the past few years and liked each one i have had, however, the k850i has put me off sony's a little. Maybes its the touchscreen technology which may get better in time. other than these few problems, I liked the phone alot but i used to get stressed each time i used it!

i paid £35 a month (on an orange 18 month contract) for the phone and i hated paying it each month because i hated the problems i experienced with it. I did not carry on using the phone for the full 18 months, but i had to carry on paying for it (well i went to phones for you who gave my some money towards paying my contract off).
i did not even try to get the problems sorted as i thought it was more bother than what the phone was worth! (i know alot of other people who have had problems with the handset too) instead, i got myself a nice new shiny samsung omnia :) at last im stress free!! (now i've got to work out how to use my new phone haha)
