Advantages: Great Camera

Disadvantages: Bad sound, software issues

I've recently given up on this mobile phone after managing to get an early upgrade from my mobile provider. Upon first impression over a year ago, I was generally pleased after owning a number of Sony Ericsson phones, however this was my first 'Cybershot' model. The photo quality is outstanding for a phone.

BUILD.
It's quite chunky. And feels heavier than most phones due to its 'bulkiness'

DESIGN.
It looks good but the little numeric buttons can cause a number of problems from time to time. The menu layout is the same as any other SE phone which is good, nice and easy to navigate.

FAULTS.
During my 14 months with the phone, I had to factory reset it three times due to certain functions on the phone becoming unavailable (viewing my inbox, writing a text, etc:). Also, for the last six months, I haven't been able to take a photo, and it only gave me the option of Video Recording (even upon switching the little slide switch on the side).

CONCLUSION.
A good, solid phone with an excellent camera. The sound isn't great and not loud enough for me. Had many software issues.

Summary: A good solid phone, not without its flaws...
