Advantages: Camera, Video and MP3

Disadvantages: locks up when talking to people

When I first got my K850i I was impressed with how it looked and the 5 megapixel camera which is a really good camera. It has a good MP3 player on it and found it easy to get into the radio. After a few weeks I found that the touch screen at the bottom became quite irritating as I kept knocking it but once realised how to lock the keypad this was no longer a problem unless I was phoning someone, as i would catch it. My phone then kept locking up when I was on the phone to people so would have to keep taking my battery out and putting back in before I could restart my phone. I had to ring the ericsson help centre to restore my message service because that crashed also. I would say the media side to the phone is brilliant its just the other problems that let this phone down unfortunately

Summary: Good phone if you want to take pictures, But you dont always finish your conversation
