K850i - gave a lot of trouble (Sony Ericsson K850i)

Advantages: good camera, looks well

Disadvantages: keep freezing up, touch screen buttons awkward

When I first got my K850i I was impressed with how it looked, although I wasn't too fussed on the touch sensitive buttons, to me they seemed too 'gimmicky'. The phone itself looked well but was quite chunky. After 3 weeks of use the phone turned off and wouldn't come back on again, the keys just lit up and that was it. I sent the phone back and got a new one very promptly. After about 2 weeks it did the same thing and was sent away and replaced. All was well for about 2 months and I was impressed with the phones features such as the camera when the phone froze again and wouldn't do anything, I had to take the battery out and when I put it back in it wouldn't start up. I phoned Orange and they said seeing as I had so much trouble with it they would upgrade me to a C902.
Overall when the phone worked it was great with a good camera but I wasn't fussed on the touch screen buttons.

Summary: A nice phone when it worked, shame 3 of them didn't!
