Advantages: STACKED WITH LOADS OF AMAZING NEW FEATURES

Disadvantages: IT'S HUGE!!

I bought my mine as an upgrade, from dismally poor phone (of which I cannot disclose for legal reasons) and immediately I was overwhelmed with the ammount of amazing new features that were available to me, for example the email feature made life so much easier, and being a busy person I wrote a lot of emails and word documents as well. The best thing though is that even a year after buying this I was still having conversations with people I didn't even know starting by them seeing me using the touch-screen feature for doing just about everything (touch-screen is optional, you can also use the conventional method) and they said to me "You've got handwriting recognition... on a mobile phone, that's not a PDA!" It's a conversation piece. I will also say that it's so sturdy, I dropped it countless times on hard surfaces, the performance has never been affected and never has it cracked or broken. The only downpoint apart from it's size is that due to the enormous variety of features available, it will take a bit longer to personalise the settings, but I would say it's worth it. Definitely.

Summary: Good for business use, with plently of features.
