I purchased this phone about a year a go and have been fairly pleased with it. When I first got it I absolutely hated it, and wanted to go back to my old Samsung!! I had a few problems with this phone but they seemed to go away by themselves and didn't really cause many problems with using the phone. Sometimes when I take the battery out the screen goes dark when the phone is turned back on and it takes a few minutes for this to return to normal. I really like the size and style of this phone. Its small enough to slip into your pocket and does all the basics, the mirror screen is also really handy. If you only want to use the phone for calls and texts then it is great. The camera is only 1.3 mega pixels so isn't much use and the inbuilt memory in the phone is tiny, I could only get one song on to use as a ringtone. Another little niggle that I have with this phone is that it isn't always great for getting signal and very often it says 'Emergency calls only' but this usually goes away after repositioning the phone or turning it off and on again and is due more to location than the phone itself! While this phone does have some shortfalls it overall is a good phone, and fairly robust after being dropped several times!

Update: Another year has passed, and in that year I have managed to drop my phone many more times! Oops! I think because of this the casing on the back of the phone keeps falling off. The working on the phone is still great, and I have to admit that I am impressed that after two years of use this phone is only just starting to fall apart! The back coming off the phone isn't too annoying so I think I will just keep using this phone for the time being, because I really do love the size of the phone, I'll just try to keep a better grip on it!
