Advantages: Reliable and looks better than it is

Disadvantages: Not really full of hi-tech features

I got this phone free with my £35/month contract along with a PS3 and Singstar game. Therefore, as you would expect, it's not really at the height of technology. However, as with most Sony Ericsson mobiles, it does have the advantage of a small and elegant style so that it looks more impressive than it actually is. It is lightweight only 93g and appears to be resistant to several falls to the floor.

The phone is available in silver, black and pink.
The FM radio does not really work so well, there is far too much rustling and interference and the newer models of phones are much better if this is an important function for you.

It has a 1.3 megapixel camera, piddling really and hardly worth having at all.
It has a memory capacity of 8MB so it is by no means a phone to store many songs or pictures on.
This phone allows a talk time of around 9 hours.

Like any other phone it has its glitches, occasionally the phone decides to freeze and the battery must be removed and replaced before it starts up again. However, unlike some other models which have gone completely mental on me, for instance a screen turning completely to static, even this basic Sony model is very reliable.
