Advantages: Simple to use

Disadvantages: Somewhat dated against phones like the iPhone

This was given to me as a replacement phone by 3 when I lost my phone, and I thoroughly expected it to be rubbish. However, I was pleasantly surprised by it. It is, naturally, very simple to use. However, it also has many functions for the user who wants to get more out of their phone. My phone casing is now quite scratched, but that is because I have dropped it on many occasions. Despite this, the scratching is not too bad (I really do drop it a LOT).

Battery life: I use my phone on a daily basis, and often at that. Although the battery life does vary with usage and network coverage (i.e. if I have no signal, the battery life is eaten up looking for it), I generally only have to charge my phone every 3 days. For those who do not use their phone all that often, this will be significantly less. Good battery as far as I'm concerned.

Camera & Video: The camera (3.2MP) is excellent quality, and has a light feature which acts like a flash for fairly good quality night time pictures. Although the video is fairly good quality, it only records for about 18 seconds at a time, which I found disappointing as often I wish to record longer length videos. Playback is simple. I have, however, found it annoying if you want to transfer your pics/vids to PC as the only way I have discovered transferring files are via the Bluetooth Option.

Messaging: Plenty of memory and I like the 'Conversation' option that allows you to see seamlessly the prior messages exchanged between the contact and yourself. The application does take a while to load, however, if there are lots of messages on your phone.

Games: Nothing worth mentioning here. This is certainly not a gaming phone.

Music: The phone comes with a radio application. It also has the ability to store music files, although I do not use my phone as an MP3 player and so cannot justifiably review this feature. The phone does, however, come with earphones.

Other features include a calendar, notes section, timer, stopwatch, light, calculator and alarms (of which there are 5 and I find useful for getting up in the morning). Overall this is a good phone, simple to use with some good applications, although it will not appeal to those who want to be up to date with the latest technology.
