I have owned a W200i since 2007 and it has not put a foot wrong in that time. I now use it as my back-up phone (as I have a smartphone) for emergency purposes or when I am going somewhere that I don't want to break my other phone. It is still as reliable since the first day that I bought it.
If someone was looking for a back-up phone nowadays, I would certainly suggest this one. The sound quality through the speakers (both for music playback and calls) is superb for the price of the phone and has only slightly deteriorated in the time I have owned it.
The battery life us unreal. Over the summer I took the phone on a camping trip and left it on (with only minimal texting and no calls) for about 5 days without having to charge it back up again.
Reception has always been pretty decent on it and the radio pickup is very good.

The main issue is the headphones that come with the handset. They are pretty poor in both sound quality and comfort. But for the price of the phone this is an expected downfall.
The memory is very small on the phone, so don't expect to get many songs on it!

The games on the mobile are pretty fun too if you are bored whilst travelling or supposed to be working.

The size of the phone could be an issue for those of us who have large hands. Many of my friends struggled to type on the keypad, due to their freakishly large hands, however the phone's small size means it fits perfectly into pockets and bags.

The phone has infra-red but no Bluetooth compatibility. Whilst it has mobile internet compatibility it does not have any WiFi receivers built into it.
