This was my first mp3 player phone ever and has been a great product for the three years I have owned it. The battery life is great lasting over 3 weeks most time after charge. The headphones supplied are excellent providing a great base for any song. Unfortunately lacking in internal storage and also a small flash memory card was supplied. The phone is rugged and durable taking many-a-knock in the past and still survives to this day. I do find the buttons on the side a little bit annoying which are easily pushed when scrolling the menus. I am really struggling to see many flaws in this phone and is a must for any music lover who want one device for calls, text and music.
Had to get rid of this in the end after 3yrs due to battery fail, but a great product and one of the better Sony products for many years.
