Though a smart phone, with great memory and a high quality camera, this has to be the most annoying phone i've ever owned! Everyone i know who has his phone has had problems with i and i've just had to send mine to the rapairs. And i still haven't heard anything from them for a bout 3 weeks! These phones are easily damaged and hard to fix. First of all my screen went blank- bu the music still played and i could do everything, only i couldn't see WHAT i was doing. It was so frustraing. My friends has broke now, too. Her problem is that she can't go back- so if she wants to come off something she has to turn it completely off and start it again! It took her about 5 mins to write one text yesterday becuase it kept playing up. So, eventhough this does have its good points, its just not worth the hassle.
