Advantages: some great features and games

Disadvantages: cracking buttons that fall off, software issues

Sony Ericsson phones in general i think are pretty good. They are a bit more complex than the likes of Samsung which i like as it gives me a bit more to learn and occupy myself with when bored. This handset however had masses of problems when it was first released! Around Christmas last year, i would say about 75% of these handsets (in a particular area that i know of anyway) were returned with complaints of software faults (the screen appeared black at all times) and with complaints that the buttons were cracking and falling off, most within 2-3 days of buying the phone. Ericsson said that they had rectified this issue and released another batch but the button problem still occured. This phone does have some great features, but i would stay away from it purely because it took Ericsson at least 3 attempts to get it right...

Summary: I wouldn't buy it if you paid me!
