Advantages: Holds loads of songs, very good phone when it was finally sorted

Disadvantages: The amount of problems i had with it when it was first released

I Bought this phone when it first came out on contract and to begin with absoulutly loved it. It had such great features such as 'shake control' which is where with a flick of your wrist you can change the song. But after a couple of months i had constomer services in speed dial i was ringing them that much. First my bottoms split one by one. Then when making or receiving i call i coudnt hear them but they could hear me. I then sent in back to be repaired (which i have to say sony erricson are very good with and have a great customer service team) and when i got it back was working fine but then after another couple of months it wouldnt let me play songs or have a ring tone or alarm tone i left it for a little while because i didnt have the time to take it to be repaired, until it turned itself of completly and went dead, i couldnt turn it on, charge it anything. I sent it back again and this time instead they gave me a brand new one. I didnt have it long before replacing it for a new model because i was quite busy i couldnt risk any more problems with it. I still use it now and then when im going somewhere my phone may get damaged and have has no more problems since.

This phone has been updated and changed and i belive now its a lot better with less problems but i was dissapointed. I think thats the risk bying phones brand new and i now wait a few months and read reveiws before purchasing.

I love sony erricson phones and still to this day use them, i put it down to a bad design fault but sony erricson were brilliant and efficiant and havent had that many problems with any of there other phones.

Summary: Was a terrible phone when first released but now had bee changed around sems to be ok
