Disapointing phone from Sony (Sony Ericsson W580i)

Disadvantages: Big let down from the key pad breaking

I usually love sony erricson phones and really rate them and their ability to be a user friendly phone, however i have experienced a few issues with this phone and I am glad of this opportunity to share with everyone.

whilst the phone has great applications, such as text, internet and good a good quality camera, this phone's key pad on serveral occasions has cracked. The number that you would use to dial or to send a text crack straight down the middle. I took the phone back it was replaced on more than on occasion and this has kept on happening.

I enjoy using the phone and feel like the keypad has really let this phone down as everyhting else about his phone for its time and even now is fantastic but I really am disappointed that something that simple and definitely could have been fixed.

I would be really interested to know whether anyone else has experienced these issues?
