Advantages: Many useful features, lightweight & easy to use.

Disadvantages: Camera not too good & maximum sound very low

Excellent!!
Perhaps the best phone I've had! Text is simple and the phone 'learns' new words - great if you have people/ places with odd names in your life! It also recognises some really odd words that are in general use (e.g. EasyJet) so you don't even have to teach it those. Love the built in Walkman and all features easy to use.... Even for someone 'not so young'. There is also built in radio which is quite good too. Phone is nice and lightweight so easy to keep with you at all times.

Any downsides? Camera OK but perhaps lets the other specs of the phone down.... Doesn't bother me as I don't use this often but may be an issue for some. Fairly limited choices of built-in ring tones. Again, for those that choose to load their own, not an issue. Finally, I find the maximum volume a little too low.

Summary: For me an excellent choice but not for those who want a top camera
