Advantages: Good sound, themes and message tones
Disadvantages: Camera
Just got this phone and it is fantastic.
I got it in blue but it does come in other colours, I know there is a white and red version and also a charcoal and pale blue one also. Think there may be a red and black one also?
Opening the phone up, you get a free 2gb memory card which wasnt mentioned but was a great added bonus. You plug the phone in to charge for the first time and Sony Ericsson seem to have anticipated that you will want to play with it and have made the computer link up cable to be able to plug into the charging plug. So you can download things as you are charging the phone.
The themes that you get on the phone already are quite disappointing but there are websites out there where you can make your own themes and personalise your phone more. The great thing with this phone is you can download your own message tones which doesnt seem possible on quite a few phones out there.
Also when you are texting you are able to add words to the My Words part on the predictive text setting. This is great if you like to use abbreviations etc.
I would say the only real downside is the camera. It doesnt have a flash and I am missing that a little at the minute.

- 10/02/09 theres a fair bit you could add to this, like the camera quality in regards to mp's/vga, the default programs, any problems you find with it |
