Advantages: Comes in many colours, sure to appeal to everyone

Disadvantages: None!

I got this phone in the Sakura Cosmopolitan White colour because when I saw the phone I fell in love with it! It's a Sony W595 which comes in several colours but the Sakura is the newest model out, being released in early 2009. With this edition of the phone you get a matching protective pouch (its white with the red flower design on it) to keep the phone in, to stop it getting scratched. Also you get a dangly thing to hang off the phone (I forget what these are called!) which has the red flower on the end of it to match the phone and the pouch. If you want to continue the flower pattern, there is also a theme pre loaded on to the phone that uses the flower design.
The phone is a slider phone, you slide the top upwards to reveal the keypad.
It has an impressive 3.2 megapixel camera and is a Walkman phone too with 2gb of storage. You get a mains charges with the phone, a USB cable (so you can connect the phone to a pc and transfer media such as music) and headphones. There is a special attachment on the headphones that allows you to plug a second paid of headphones in so that two people can listen to the music.
It's a quad band phone that supports 3G, so its excellent for travelling. It also has features such as Google Maps in case you get lost, and a track recognition service which will tell what a song is if you can hear something for example on the radio and want to know what it is.
The phone measures 3.94 x 1.85 x 0.55 inches and weighs just 3.67oz. It has 9 hours of talk time and 385 hours of stand by time, which is quite good compared to other phones.
It also has music dedicated keys for play, stop etc to make it just as easy as using a walkman. So no trawling through menus just to find the pause key!
There are also some nifty features to the walkman, there is a Walkman button you can hold down and make movements to use controls - for example if you hold down the button and shake the phone from left to right this will shuffle the tracks (just like the new iPods), and if you hold the phone out in front of you and raise your arm this will raise the volume of the music. Similarly if you hold the button and move your arm downwards the music will get quieter. You can also create playlists based on mood - you can use the software provided with the phone to analyse your music according to tempo, chords used etc and therefore choose what type of music you want to listen to such as slow ballads or fast rock.
The menus are quite easy to navigate, and when you first turn the phone on a setup wizard appears to help you set things like date and time etc. If you choose not to run through the wizard when you first turn the phone on you can access it at a later date through the menus.
There are games included on the phone, including one that is very similar to Guitar Hero. You can also have mp3 songs as your ringtone and message tone, gone are the days of boring ringtones!!
You can also listen to FM radio on this phone through the headphones provided.
The graphics on the screen are fantastic, so clear, so much clearer than my old phone (which was an LG chocolate if anyone is interested).
I got this phone on an O2 contract, it is not available on contract on Three or Virgin. Same goes for Pay As You Go. The Carphone Warehouse are the only high street shop I have seen selling this phone, at a cost of £149. If you search on the internet there are a few places selling it for around £129, but you have to buy £10 top-up as well.
All in all I am really pleased with this phone, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

Some good information here but don't forget to tell us your experience with this as a phone. Also, please fix your formatting and add blank lines between the paragraphs which would make this much more easy to read.
