I think this is a great phone! I am a typical girly girl and opted for the pink design, which when teamed with the sleek design I think is both contemporary and stylish. I like the music features and the fact you can "shake" the phone to change tracks and it's relatively easy to upload songs, my only qualm would be that you cannot use this option if you have a Mac.
The slide-up function is easy to use, and ensures that my phone isn't accidentally ringing people when in my pocket, and the camera is quite easy to use.
I do find it quite awkward to remove the plastic cover from the back of the phone if I need to remove the battery, and on occassion it has been known to turn itself off. However, having said this I have dropped this phone once or twice and there are no noticeable marks. Although there are a couple of areas where the silver is starting to rub off. I would say it's relatively durable.
One note of caution with this phone is that the signal can be awful, I am with T-Mobile, and often find that in certain areas (for one my bedroom in my old flat) I had no signal - needless to say this annoyed my boyfriend no end when trying to get hold of me.
Aside from that, I like Sony Ericssons as they are quite user friendly, and this one is no exception, although occassionally I do find it can be over sensitive and turn on the camera or move to my tunes from a slight accidental touch.
Also I like the radio function, but the headphones have already lose their rubber protection which is slightly annoying.
I don't like to use the internet on my phone as I find this is how I rack up huge bills and despite the relatively big screen, I don't think it was incredibly easy or fast to use.


All in all this is a good phone for simple needs!
