Advantages: Good features, sturdy, good for music, stylish
Disadvantages: Keys aren't very good
This was the first ever contract phone i bought about 14 months ago, at the time of purchase this had only been on the market for a few weeks maybe a little more so I was properly excited about it as i am with everything I buy. The thing that really caught my eye was the different colour on the back of the phone when it was slid up, mine was grey as the prime colour and the green at the back, thought it looked amazing till i saw the red and white one (two colours in my opinion that go great together).
The phone feels great in the phone, it feels well built and very sturdy. I have to say it's a great slider, as you slide it up or down it springs into place almost like it is spring loaded, I remember just plating with the slider, sliding it up and down and even then it hasn't broken so i suppose that's a good thing making it built to last.
It's a walkman phone so it's primarily used for music, it's music player is fantastic, it let's you pick your favourites and shows the different genre music you have in your library which is always useful, the quality through it's headphones shines through.
It featues a 3.2 megapixel camera which at the time of purchase was one of the best with only a few select phones with 5+ megapixels, however it does not have flash which is a bit of a downer. Photos can be edited although it doesn't really work very well.
The themes for the phone can be edited to make your phone your own and make it look unique and to your personal taste. The battery life is pretty good, a fully charged battery usually lasted me a full day and I talk and text quite a bit during the day.
I text a LOT and texting has had it's effect on the keys, the bottom 3 keys (space, hash, and... star... i think) stopped working so towards the last 4 months of my contract I had to text with fullstops instead of spaces between words, not very grammatical I know but I had no other choice, i went to get it fixed but they were charging £20+, not worth it in my opinion.
The chrome piping around the sides of the phone does come off quite easily making the phone look quite old, I say it comes off quite easily because I take care of everything I own.
Overall I think it's a good phone, with a lot of good points, a few negative ones but nothing major.
Summary: Great phone if you want to use it for music and calls, texting occasionally
