Advantages: Stylish looking, plenty of features

Disadvantages: It does some strange unintended things

I purchased this phone direct from Sony-Ericsson and got it delivered the day before it was officially launched. Like all Sony-Ericsson phones it has some great features. I love the MP3 player! No need to carry about a seperate I-Pod or whatever!

The only major bug-bear I have with it is to do with the key-lock. For some reason you can sometimes access and play the MP3's even when the key-lock is activated, just by pressing the button by accident. Its very disconcerting when you can suddenly hear music and dont know where its coming from! also I dont like the way the camera comes on if the lense cover slides open accidentally, surely another thing that shoudl not happen if the key-lock is on.

Having said that, these are the only problems I have had with it, certainly no issues with the phone freezing or crashing. I only wish my replacement W810i was as good!

Summary: Great phone, but key lock doesnt seem to work effectively

Not a very informative review on the W800i... but conveyed enough information that I already know - that this phone is definitely not as good as it could or should be.

I own a W800i and it drives me mad quite regularly... :oS
