Advantages: very easy to use, looks great and good quality
Disadvantages: can't delete the built in ringtones
I have owned the w810i now for almost a year and i've no intention of changing to another phone, i think this is a great model it looks good and performs even better!.
with no awkward toggle buttons and simple design its very easy to get used to and in no time you'll be an expert at taking good quality photo's using it's 2mp camera while listening to your favourite mp3's!.
The 512mb external memory stick included provides plenty of storage space for all your favourite tunes and the sound quality is good too, also the fm radio works well and since owning this phone i very rarely use the stereo's in my house.
i definatly recommend this model to anyone looking to buy a mobile!
