Advantages: Walkman feature, Good camera, Easy menu system. Sound, Build Quality
Disadvantages: Headphones sometimes break.
Even though now I own the Nokia 5800 I still have this phone even though I don't use it.
It was my trusty sidekick for around 4 years. The phone is small but is built like a tank, I've dropped it countless times and it still works perfectly and has next to zero scratches.
As a phone is does the job nicely, but where it really springs into life is its "Walkman" feature. Wow is it good, the menu system is so easy to navigate and use there really is no need for an MP3 player. I had a 4GB sony duo in it at the time which held around 1000 tracks. Plenty for the on the move and in the gym.
The phone came with a handy USB connection which you could use to transfer images, mp3's and video across. The speed was pretty good.
The only down point I have to the phone is that ear headphones that it was supplied with, far too often did they break at the connection point where it met the phone. I went through around 4 pairs before getting a new phone. They were cheap to repair but it was just hassle. I guess it was caused by the rubbing of the cable and phone in my jeans pocket.
The camera did an OK job and the music quality was very good, loud and clear.
Still a great phone and will go down as the best I have owned to date. (excluding the Nokia 5800, haven't had it long).
5 out of 5.
Summary: A great phone that does its job well, superb MP3 player.
